Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at Prestige Home Center in Tirana. The Architect will be responsible for space planning, interior design, interior fit-out, and architectural elements. The role involves creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces in line with client specifications and industry and also will be responsible for architectural design, communication, solution architecture, and integration tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Architect.
- Experience in Interior Design is a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, Sketchup, Revit, or other design software.
- Ability to create innovative architectural solutions.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at Prestige Home Center in Tirana. The position involves handling financial statements, conducting financial analysis, managing accounting tasks, and communicating financial information effectively within the company. The role requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles. The holder of this position performs accounting and financial activities by keeping the book and accounting records, preparing financial records, reconciling the bank accounts of the company, developing an accounting and financial model for the institution’s objectives.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as Financial Specialist.
- Experience in retail business is a plus.
- Analytical Skills and Financial Analysis proficiency.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Ability to work with Financial Statements.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Depth knowledge in financial systems such as “Financa 5”.
- Knowledge of financial legislation for commercial organizations, Tax Law & Commercial Law.

Role Description

Graphic Designer is responsible for covering the promotion sector, photo design and editing, daily content, banner creation as well as ideation and design of campaigns in every print product as it pertains to Prestige Group subjects.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree on Marketing or similar.
- Experience +2 years as a Graphic Designer.
- Previous experience in the “Home” sector is an advantage.
- Depth knowledge on related software programs such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.
- Be creative and to have the ability and capacity to properly understand and implement the company’s design projects on time and accurately.

Role Description

The role will be responsible for tasks related to product planning, market research, and product purchasing operations on a day-to-day basis. The role itself, analyzes sales figures, customer response and market trends to forecast product needs and plan product range/inventory. Works on finding new products by constantly coordinating with different commercial units to find the best options in favor of the company. Monthly and annual budget planning for the purchase of products and submission of this planning to the superior for approval.
